Can a board of a private lake community arbitrarily charge a compounded interest rate of of their choice on past dues without disclosure or agreement from residents. What laws are they bound by with respect to the NJ 6% maximum rate if they do not were have signed agreements from residents to pay more, and do they need to disclose their intent to charge rates on asse ment that for many years subject not to with interest. Roxanne I will tell you this, DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE on here unless they are telling you to go to an attorney. You have several legal questions dealing with not only contract law but also state law that township incorporation can only be answered by someone in your. I can tell you this much in order for a contract to be legal, verbal or written, there must be a meeting of the minds. A meeting of minds means that each party as agreed in whole to the basics. A contract of the minds, in verbal form, can not be changed by just one party. That explains why everything, other then someone agreeing to mow your lawn for 10 bucks, needs to be in writing.Now go get that lawyer.Sorry for the caps but I can not overstress how much you need an attorney.

with out money trying to do flips is very dangerous for an inexperienced person let alone a pro who does it all the time. Trying to get even a loan with no money is very hard and the fix can be costly or is up as well.
